Looking for something to replace 16" drawer rail

Question

Have 1 inch wood rails in good shape. 16" length. Center mount . Could use front &. Rear  SWISCO type brackets or 16" length pieces. That would attach to bottom of each drawer . Can you help me out.?

The 32-031 rear drawer guide is used for wood rails, along with our 32-020 front corner guides. Could these work? If not, I'll need pictures of your existing hardware in order to find a better match.
