Looking for just the sash insert for a inside storm window for a mobile home. From edge of frame to frame it measures roughly 28³/? in. By 27 in.

Unfortunately, our company does not handle sash replacements. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer or a local sash fabricator for assistance with this repair. Thanks for posting!
