Looking for the correct channel balance and shoe

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I think we can help you replace these parts, but properly identifying the pivot shoe will be key. Unfortunately, the one in your pictures is kind of hard to identify. Do you have an undamaged version? If so, could you remove it from your window and provide a picture, along with the width and thickness? This will help us identify the pivot shoe as well as the balance you need. Thanks!

I'm afraid these photos don't tell us anything new. We will need a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe out of the window and, if possible, a picture of an undamaged balance, specifically the metal hook or clip that goes into the shoe in question. I'd also like to know how it installs at the top of the window, either by hook or by screw. I apologize for the inconvenience.
