Looking for the diamond shaped mechanism that can open the window. Each leg measures 6 inches, when fully opened measures 12 inches.

I do not see any markings on the diamond shaped window mechanism. The awning type window cannot be opened. Contractor asked me purchase this window part. He intends to replace the whole diamond shaped mechanism so the window can be opened.
