Looking for the manufacturer of these and where to get them

I am looking to identify the manufacture of this product and where to find them. These came out of a aluminum frame spiral balance tilt window and I am needing some for replacement.

Thanks for posting! To be completely transparent, I am not sure who made this, but if its an aluminum window then odds are they aren't made any longer.

We sell more modern shoes that can probably replace this, but to determine that I just need to know a few measurements from your shoe. I'd like to start with the width x thickness (in inches) and a picture of the pivot bar that goes into it.

Please also include a photo of the balance.
