I have located my channel balance for my wood single hung window from your website. I am not sure if I need the terminal plug please advice, my channel balance does not have that. Please see pics. Let me know if I have identified the correct parts. I think it is S745-20. Also the stamp no. on the channel balance does not seem to match the balance I have identified. The stamp looks like represents the size of my window. Let me know if you need more pics.
Width of the channel is 1/2"
Length of metal part of channel = 20-1/4"
Weight of bottom sash window = 17 pounds.
No. on the channel balance = 3648 8.S.I.

I'm afraid I cannot identify your balance from these photos. Can you remove it entirely and show us a clear picture of the top and bottom ends, as well as whatever clip or shoe is at the end of the cord?

There is no clip or shoe at the top or bottom. The balance is screwed to the side of the sash and does not attach to the frame of the window.

If we understand you correctly, you have an aluminum single hung sash and the 20-1/4" balance is screwed to the side of the sash. Tom mentioned a picture of the attachment at the end of the cord. Your balance should still have something like that. Can we see a picture of it, and where it attaches to the window track?
