Looking for the right tie bar

My tie bar lock is 29-1/2" long.
You show a 30.9" tie bar, but I only have two cone rollers, you have three.
My cones are 4 inches from the top and 7-3/8" from the bottom.

The 39-448 is the actual tie bar guide. Could you clarify what other part you're looking for?
