Looking for the seal for shower door

Hello. I'm looking for the seal pictured here. It slides into the groove for the shower door. The "t" part is 1/8" and the fin is about 3/8". Approximate length is 6 ft. I appreciate whatever help you can give me.

Thanks for your post. There are two different sweeps we offer that may work in place of your existing part. Take a look at our 10-313 and 10-321. Look over our measurements to see if either of these would make a good substitute part for you.
