Looking for the yellow plastic piece attached to the cord.

Please help, these windows are 18 years old and in the picture the yellow piece keeps getting stuck. The other side of the window is fine. Do you carry this piece?

I'm afraid this shoe is no longer available by itself. We can only provide the complete balance. With that in mind, I believe you have either our Series 860 or Series 775 depending on the style of the balance itself.
