Thanks for posting. Take a look at our Series 350 channel balance to start out with. I think this could be a good match for what I see in your pictures. It comes with the 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match up you should be okay.

I'm not sure about the top sash guide. Start by looking at our 18-127. Carefully go over our dimensions and pictures and see what you think. If yours differs in any way, let me know how.
