Looking for this one part

Thanks for reaching out to us! The hinge and the operator on the window function separately from one another. I am confident we can supply you with the replacements to repair your casement window but you will need to replace the entire hinge; most likely both the top and bottom hinges. Unfortunately, the link arm on the hinge is not sold separately. 

To determine the best possible replacement, we'll need to start with confirming the length of the track installed to the window sill.

If you are looking to replace the window operator, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator as well. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the base of the operator and the arm(s) connected to the bracket on the window.
