Our house was built in 2008, one of our windows missed this, sorry don't know what this is called. How can I get one?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Kelly. Your lock handle here looks like it could be a good match for our 38-205. Look it over and let me know if you agree. Make sure to compare the rest of the hardware included in this assembly, like the back plate and link arm, to what you have in your window now. That will confirm it for you, for sure.
