Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-15 or S385-15, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

How about the Lbs mine is stamped the 14-5 would I order a 1420 or a 1450?
Thinking mine is 5 lbs??

Or the stamp is a shotr version of 1450??

A stamp of 14-5 corresponds to our 1450 option. Two balances with this stamp can carry 13 through 17 pounds, so if you have any doubts you can always weigh your sash on a scale to verify that it falls within that range. As long as it does then you should be good to go.
