Hi there. To start, take a look at the 26-243 & 26-244 Tilt Latches. Compare with your old latches and see if you think these might work for you.

No sorry, neither one of those resembles the images i submitted. Take a look at the snap-in feature the ones you showed me are just a straight bar across the whole piece, mine has two clips to snap in on each side.

What else do you have ? There is a PAT# on the bottom of the image i sent you if that helps. PAT NO 5,671,958

Most people with Pennco windows with the Pat #5,671,958 have used our 26-243 & 26-244 top tilt latches as a replacement. The difference in the grooves is not necessarily a significant difference.
