This looks to be a kind of torque bar arm. We only carry one part that could be defined as such, which is our 36-081, but I don't think this will work for you. Its design is too different.

These windows aren't as popular these days so I don't think this will be easy to find. Your next step should be to contact a local mom and pop shop who may be familiar with homes in the area. Best case scenario, they have older parts in stock that you can use. More likely they may at least be able to point you in the right direction.
