We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to write out the exact thickness of your coil springs to narrow down your options. It would also help to see the pivot shoe shown in your third photo removed from the window jamb. See the videos related on this page to assist you in the meantime. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe looks like a match to the 15-180 balance shoe, which is used with the 1/2" wide Series 190 coil springs. Your stamp codes would correspond to the S190-740 coils. Review the specifications of these parts and the related items shown on our product pages. Thanks for posting!
