Thanks for posting. Looks like you might have our Series 351 channel balance. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-002 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

Based on your stamp, you'd also have a 27" long metal channel and you'd want a 2730 option, when prompted.
