Looking for tilt latches, Seasonall Nuprime

Home Owner from Washington
The broken tilt latches are stamped Seasonall or Nuprime.Hope you can help me. Most of the windows (pretty sure they're Seasonall) are dark brown aluminum frames, tilt, and are double glazed. I have two white vinyl tilt windows also double glazed as well but they seem to have the same sized tilt latches that have cracked or broken along the plane of the screw holes.

I have one metal window lock sweep with a "C' type catch that is broken in half (white metal?). The lock is 2 1/2" wide with 2 screw holes (2 1/8" center), a top mounted thumb lever, and is about 1 1/8" deep on the sash edge. It looks like the Truth Window Lock 90-077C (available in black?).

I have white and black plastic tilt latches that seem to be the same dimensions (3 1/2" wide, 1 1/4" deep with two screw holes 2 1/2" on center and a small 2 position "lock" on top) They look most like the left hand/right hand top tilt latch #26-176 or 26-177. I would need two right hand in white and 4 right hand in black. Additionally I need two left hand in black. Assume there is a quantity discount but I would just get a couple more to keep on hand for further tenant abuse.

Thanks for your counsel.

Hi Carolyn, thanks for writing in.

In regards to your sash lock, I recommend taking a look at our 90-077A. We've recommended this for Seasonall locks in the past, and it has alignments lugs like your original part. Just be sure to carefully compare the dimensions. Unfortunately, it is not available in black. As for your tilt latches, I suggest confirming the distance between the installation screws and comparing it to the 26-176/26-177, as well as our 26-215
