Thanks for contacting us! The shoe on the right and left side of your window can be replaced with the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. Be sure to check over the dimensions to confirm.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. To determine the springs needed to complete your assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

Since there is only a total of two coils in the window, you'll need to divide that number by two, as mentioned. That said, I would suggest using the S180-09 Coil Balance.

This is the screw recommended to secure the coil balance into the shoe. You may need to apply a little force to get it to sit flush with the coil spring. 

The screw is not intended to secure the 15-186 coil balance clip to the assembly. You'll need a longer screw to attach that to the window track. Take a look at the photos you included in your initial inquiry for reference.

Also, the shoe you have in the photo appears to be damaged, you'll need to replace this in addition to replacing the shoe. Otherwise, the other hardware may become damaged much quicker than they should.
