Looking for top sash guide

I am looking for the plastic top sash guide for my older windows. I am attaching 3 pictures. It looks like the dimensions are 1 1/8 inch all around. Please let me know if this is something you carry. Thank you for your help!

Please take a look and compare the 18-069 Capitol top sash guide to yours. Is it the same size?
