Looking for top sliding glass door guides

Looking to replace these plastic guides on an aluminum framed sliding glass patio door. Manufacturer unknown but assume are from the late 80's or 90's. The dimension of the inner part of the top door frame is .750" and the narrow is .550". The top track width is 1.450" wide. I don't know the width of the guide as the tabs are broken on both sides of what remains.
