Looking for two parts window latch and tension rod

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a tilt latch with your exact specifications. The 26-193 and 26-194 are similar and 7/8" wide but the installation hole center spacing is 2-5/8". Can you double-check that for us?

As for the spiral balance, this looks like either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. You also want to measure only the outer tube to determine length, and you'll have to refer to the old tip color on the balance.
