Looking for two unique window parts

Quick Learner from Roseville, MI
See included photos.

One is a "sash lock" or "slide stop" depending on who you ask (I am not sure either are truly the prop terms). It is the photo with dimension notes scribbled on it. In the photo, it is snapped in half, but should be one piece of plastic. The purpose of this part is to only allow the window to open a crack, but no more.

The second item I have no idea on the proper term, but it looks like a giant metal twizzler of sorts that twists into a housing providing resistance so that the window will not close by itself once lifted. It is worn and does not provide enough resistance any longer.

I wish I were able to tell you the window manufacturer/model line/age, but alas I cannot find any identifying markings. I was told by my home inspector when I purchased that most of the windows in the house appear to be just barely above builder grade and installed sometime in the late 90's or early 00's.

Any help on finding thee parts would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like your window tilts in. If so, that twizzler part is a tilting spiral balance. You'd use our ID guide to figure out which of our spiral tilt balances you need. Here is a video on the replacement of spiral balances:
As for the other part, that goes by a lot of names: vent latch, night lock, sash stop, etc. Most commonly, they are called vent latches. Yours looks like our 26-338, but is it the same size?
