Looking for unknown brand bay window controller

I am looking for bay window controllers that dont have a name or part number shown on them. Please review the attached photos and advise if you have the part or if you can acquire if for me. Please reply with the sale price if you are able to provide them. Thank you Dave

This looks like the old GU operator. This part is unfortunately discontinued and no longer made, so we can't supply an exact match. The good news is that there are modern replacements that can serve just as well in your window with a little work. I'll share a video tutorial that will explain how this can be done step by step.
