vinyl glazing for double pane aluminum. 5/8 on each side. Right side is exposed surface. 25 year old windows.

Hello, Dave. The shape is a bit different, but I believe you can use the 55-029 snap-in glazing as a replacement. Compare our part to what you have, paying particularly close attention to the size.
