Looking for white beraing balance

Question

looking to replace balances.the bearing looks to be white,window is non removable balance is 3/8 diameter
30 inches long looks like type 400 window size is 34 wide 31 tall. not sure what
color to buy.

To choose a tip color, you weigh your window sash. If the sash is 10-22 pounds, you can use a red tip. The green tip overlaps with that, but it's best for window sashes between 14 and 26 pounds. Since you cannot remove your window, you'd need to place a scale on the sill and lower the window onto it slowly to get a weight reading. It won't be exact, but it's an estimate.
