Hello! For the operator handle/cover set, I recommend our 39-107FK. This is designed to work on Truth operators with a centered, 11/32" gear bore. 

I'm less certain about the lock. We don't have anything exactly like this. Our 38-209 is probably going to be our closest match, but you'll have to review our design to determine if it's going to work for you.
