Hi I'm trying to identify the correct part/name for this window balance. I am in need of some but don't know how to identify ithe could you please assist me. The numbers is stated as follows 25 2 PEND BSI and I'm not sure of the last number or letter

Hi and thank you for your post. Our S395-26 channel balance looks like a good match. Take a look and see if you agree. If this looks correct, then you can go with the 2520 option.
