Looking for window balance replacement parts

Question

Hello, I am looking for a couple replacement parts for a window balance. One is the window balance itself. It has the following stamped on the side of it "3030 B.S.I. NL". Dimensions are approximately 1/2" wide x 5/8" deep x 31" long. The second part I am looking for is the part that attaches to the top corner of the window. This part is approximately 5/8" wide x 9/16" deep x 2 1/4" long. Please let me know if you need any more information or pictures.

Thanks

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-31 or S390-31 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

For the top sash guide, see our 18-008.
