Looking for window balances

A landlord from Hamilton NJ says:
Hi,

I am from Red Oak Apartments, LLC in Hamilton NJ and we need the attached window balances. I can't find them anywhere and I was wondering if by the pictures we sent you, they can be identified. The previous owners of this property, Altman Management, might have bought them from you.

Thank you

I'm not familiar with your apartment complex, but I think we could possibly make this balance. I'm thinking a 1/2" wide channel balance with a 15-095 bottom shoe and 19-024 top attachment. Carefully look over these parts and tell me if you agree. If so, it will have to be a custom order. I just need to know what the number printed on the metal channel reads and how many you'll need altogether.
A landlord from Hamilton NJ says:
Hi,

Talked to my maintenance guy and he says it does look familiar to the ones we have. The number printed on the metal channel is 2220. To make sure it is the right one, if possible, I will like to place an order of 1. If it does work, then we will be placing a larger order.
