Looking for window crank replacement

Home Owner from Davie, Florida
I have a few of these that don't work well in my house and my windows won't close properly because of it. The main issue is that they will open fine but when I go to wind it shut, the handle will just unscrew itself from the crank. Replaced one with what I could find at Home Depot but doesn't work well either. I included pictures of the dimensions. Not sure what brand it is. Inside of the crank says "PAT NO D-198202 US", "RD 1963 CAN" and insides of the handles diiffer, some of the handles say "11500 -11" while most say "02 08". Please let me know if you know which replacement I need.

Hello,

Your operator is similar to the 39-061 or the 39-350. Review the measurements below to see if one of them matches your assembly. Keep in mind that, unfortunately, the opposite-handed versions of the 39-350 is no longer available but we do offer the 39-061 for the Keller operators.

The orientation of your operator would match either the 39-061 or 39-350 depending on how the measurements compare to yours.
