Hi there- thanks for posting! 

Given the measurements you provided, take a look at our 58-127 wool pile. This matches the exact measurements of 3/16" x 1/4", but the only difference is that it is white and not gray. I also attached a link to our 58-045. This is 9/32" wide by 1/4" high. Not exact, but close.
