Looking to add lock for patio door

Looking to add lock to existing door handle OR purchase a key lock set of handles for patio door

Watched video regarding adding a key lock however they mention a punch out hole for the key lock and the existing handle does not have the punch holes.

The existing latch is offset and was installed in the second hole from bottom in the photo of the door with holes Image 4

The handle holes were measured to be 4" from hole to hole

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-218. This lock is commonly used with the 82-086 keyed handle set but you would need to make sure that the specifications below would work for your application, paying close attention to the 3-15/16" hole spacing and offset thumb latch.
