Looking to buy 4 balances and 4 top sash guides

Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Unfortunately we cannot tell the parts you need from the sticker; most balances and top sash guides are generic, so knowing the manufacture doesn't give us much more info. To determine what you need, we will need the following information:

1) For the channel balance, please take pictures of the top attachment, bottom attachment, and any stamp on the metal channel.

2) For the top sash guide, pictures of the front and side, like a mugshot. You will also need to take specific measurements of the top sash guide. Top sash guides are very precise in their dimensions, and differ depending on the kind that you have. For example, you can see the different dimensions that have to be accounted for in the photos included for our 18-009. I stress I am citing this guide only as an example, and that the dimensions you need to look out for will vary depending on the type of sash guide you need. Regardless, the only sure way to identify a top sash guide is to match the shape and dimensions with the right match in our Top Sash Guide main page.  

Thanks for posting. These pictures tell us a little more, but we still need all the information Bob asked for on his first response. For the channel balance we need a clear picture of the top and bottom nylon attachment. For the top sash guide, we need to see an undamaged version from the front and side.
