Looking to buy replacement drawer slide

Hello - Can you help us to identify and purchase a drawer slide that has broken. I have attached three photos. The slide is about 16 1/2 inches long and 7/8 inch high. The plastic wheel has chipped and broken. The letters "CR" are on the slide. (Please see photos). The unit itself is a 3-drawer dresser by the company Legacy by Child Craft Bergen County Collection.
