Not sure which part to order looking to get a set of this for my window this is what was removed when trying to figure it out.

Hello there. This looks like the 15-191 Pivot Shoe. It works with 3/8" Series 165 Coil balance springs or the 1/2" Series 160 springs, sold separately. Measure your old spring thickness to see what matches best. See the video below that shows how to choose replacement spring weights for the new springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
