Looking to identify a channel balance part number

A home owner from Chicago, Il says:
I generated another post to identify the pivot shoe.

This post is seeking assistance in identifying the channel balance.

As you will see in attached photos, the balance housing is 31 inches long and about 1/4 inch wide.

Thank you for your help.

A home owner from Chicago, Il says:
I misstated the width of the balance housing. It's about 1/2 inch wide, not 1/4 inch.

Thanks again.

This appears similar to our Series 770 balance. For the pivot shoe, see our 15-145. Let me know if this hardware matches your own.
