Hello there. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on either end, is 30" long. If so, see either our S351-30 or S390-30. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or what we call the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. The picture below illustrates the difference.

You'll then need to choose a stamp option. Your stamp code of 29DS39 doesn't match any of our stamp options; however, that 39 suggests you have a 39 pound window sash, and therefore you can use a stamp option of 2970, for a window sash in the weight range of 39 through 42 pounds.
