Looking to identify and replace this part

Hello I've got four sliding doors With this handle and lock set up that I need to replace as the locking mechanism has broken. Can you help me identify them?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact handle but take a look at the 82-030. This measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers. As for the mortise lock, the 82-218 comes to mind. We recommend you review the specifications for these parts to see if they match what you need for this repair.
