Springs and ends possibly S385-21

Hi,

I'm looking to see if S385-21 is the right part.

I have attached a picture of the part with a ruler. There is 20-4 printed on the part.

The top guide measures to be a 60208 from other site numbers. It is a winged version.

The bottom guide I couldn't find a match for on your website. Other places have it as a 61507 with the critical dimension being 1-1/8". On your website I see 1" and 1-3/32' as the options.

Please help me determine if S385 or S380 is the right series.

This looks like our Series 385-21 side-loaded balance. The bottom shoe depth from your old balance might have worn down but the Series 385 is popular in California. The spring weight for you 20-4 stamp code is our 2040 option for a sash weight between 15-23 lbs. Thank you!
