Looking to order replacement part

Question

The brand window is a Summit series 8880
The metal piece is 26 11/16 inches long. The width is either 1/2 inch or 9/16 inches. It is kind of in between the 2 measurements. The problem seems to be that a slim little piece of plastic that keeps the hook from rolling all the way, is broken off. The window is 22 years old so I can see were the plastic gets brittle after a while. Can you ID what the correct piece I need is called?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long. Can you double-check that for us? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be sure. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace?
