Looking to replace Operator box and replace with T Handles

Please let me know which T handles are compatible with replacement of crank handle part # 1361356.

Hello there. See the 39-298. This should be able to replace your old Andersen handle. For the cover, see the 39-152. If you need to replace the operator itself, we likely can help, but we'll need to see the entire mechanism, including the arm(s) that move the window, to identify it.
