It appears that the worm has stripped from age

If you want to replace the operator, I think we can find something that matches. However, we will need you to remove the operator from the window so that we can see the whole thing. Seeing the gear and link arms that actually open the window is essential. Please also tell me the dimensions of these arms and the spacing of the holes.

Take a look at our 39-061 operator. The gearing looks like it matches, but check the spacing on the mounting holes and confirm that they line up to your operator.
