Looking to replace balance for Andersen window

Hello,
I am looking to replace a balance for an Andersen window. The string broke. I tried to remove the top sill plate yesterday, but it had been painted and was pretty "Stuck on." I was able to bend the top sill plate out far enough to get a photo. I have attached the photo. The only legible numbers I could find on the balance are "D14 7 27 971" can you please recommend a replacement for that?
