Looking to replace broken sliding door handle.

I could kot find any identifiers on the handles. The screw holes measure approximately 4". It has a mortise latch lever locking system.

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock resembles our 82-227. Therefore the 82-030 should be able to replace this handle set. Take a look and let us know if you have any further questions.
