I am looking to replace channel balances for two windows:
- 21-inch: 1/2-inch width, markings 20 4 KU CMC 7
- 15-inch: 1/2-inch width, markings 14 5 CV CMC 7
I've included photos of the parts I'd like to replace.

I can't tell what balance you need, because I can't tell the depth of your bottom balance shoe. If it is 1", use Series 385, and if it is 1-3/32" in depth, use Series 385. For "14 5," the metal channel length will be 15", and the spring weight would be "1450." For "20 4," the metal channel length would be 21" and the spring weight, "2040." Check out the diagram below showing the two shoes.
