I have a damaged sash spring apparatus that no longer will grab the pivot bar of the window. Im looking to replace it. I dont have the brand name of the window, but did have the majority of a sticker on one window still attached/legible that has the manufactirer code and presumably a window model.
The sash itself is 15.8 pounds. Can you help me locate the proper sash spring I need to purchase? Thank you much.

Thanks for writing in! Your balance assembly uses the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance Spring, attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. Since your sash weight is closest to 16lb, I suggest using the S190-840 8lb coil.
