We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your operator fully removed from the window to see the arms that connect to the window linkage. From there we'll be able to narrow down your replacement options. 

As for your window being stuck in the closed position, we can't be sure of what the cause is without being there to troubleshoot the problem. If you think that the lock could be the problem, we offer the video below. If not, you may need to have a local professional come out to determine the best way to open the window and evaluate the operators.
