Hello I'm looking to replace this part because the door don't slide so good, but I'm not sure what model is that, can you help?

Hello there. This looks like the 23-199 Roller with a Convex Wheel. There is also a sturdier, ball-bearing version of this roller, the 23-225. Take a look and see what you think.

I just purchased the 23-196 for a sliding closet door, maintenance did not disclose they also need the bottom roller assembly. not sure which part to purchase. This door was purchased from Menards several years ago.

Hello, Barbara. The 23-196 has been used on a ton of doors that use all kinds of bottom guides. I'm afraid it's not possible to determine what you have based on the top roller alone. We would need to see the bottom as a reference. If you have no bottom on hand for us to review, it won't be possible to make a recommendation.
