Looking to replace these levelers

Thanks for your post. I'm confident we can supply the replacements you need for your balances. Although, for the balance marked with the 2790 stamp, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash (the window the balances are supporting).

This stamp does not cross-reference with the stamp rating system on our balances, so we'll need the exact weight to determine the correct stamp.

Thanks for confirming. For both balances, you will need either the S350-28 to replace them. It has a wingless top and a winged bottom shoe. Be sure to double check that the depth of your shoe is 1-3/32".

The 2740 will likely be the same (a pair of these will support 19 to 26lbs). For the 31lb sash, you'll need the 2760 stamp (a pair of these will support 30 to 33lbs).
